Freedom senior Cody Smith was crowned the District XI Class 3A Boys Diving Champion on Feb. 17 at Parkland High School. Smith’s 11 dives produced a 598.75 score and a berth at the PIAA State Diving Championships in March at Bucknell University. Liberty’s Everett Collins placed fifth with 346.60 points, and Liberty’s Daniel Rasmussen placed seventh with 312.45 points.
