Every marking period, teachers at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute recognize students for outstanding effort, improvement, achievement and leadership in their career and technical education programs and academic classes. Honorees are presented with certificates and gifts.

Congratulations to LCTI and Catasauqua High School students Trent Bohnenberger (pre-engineering and engineering technology), Yadiel Franqui Montalvo (computer information technology) and Arabella Gulich (commercial baking) for being named Students of the Quarter for the second marking period.

Congratulations to CHS and LCTI academic center 11th-grade student Collin Paone (welding technology), who was recently named to LCTI’s principal’s list for the second marking period of the 2025-26 school year. LCTI recognizes academic center students who earn a grade of 90% or better in all of their academic courses and no unexcused absences.

Catasauqua Area School District Board of Education will hold its next meeting 7-8:30 p.m. March 10 in the board room at the district administrative offices, 201 N. 14th St.
