Ronald G. Shoemaker, 87, of Lower Macungie Township, died Feb. 19, 2026. He was the husband of Marlene K. (Houseknecht) Shoemaker. Born in Alburtis, he was the son of the late Robert and Minnie (Conrad) Shoemaker.

He was a member of Bethel Bible Fellowship Church in Emmaus for more than 60 years.

He was an assembler for the Fuller Company for many years and also worked for Mayo Motors. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Lori Measler and her husband, Tim; sons, David and his wife, Dawn, Rick and his wife, Cindy; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Clyde; sister, Nancy Kozak.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emily; four brothers; two sisters.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Feb. 26, at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A viewing will take place 10-11 a.m. prior to the service in the funeral home.
