Patricia A. Hadesty

of Schnecksville

Patricia A. (Reppert) Hadesty, 74, of Schnecksville, died at UPMC West Shore in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas H. Hadesty. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Howard E. Reppert Jr. and Katherine F. (Herger) Reppert.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Laurys Station. Throughout her life, she faced adversity with remarkable courage and resilience. She met challenges head-on, never allowing hardship to diminish her faith or her compassion. A true fighter, she demonstrated extraordinary strength, persevering with determination until the very end.

Her compassion extended to animals as well as demonstrated in the love she had for any stray cat who wandered into her yard and eventually into her home. She cared deeply for all her pets and found great joy in them. She is survived by brothers, Terry A., of Schnecksville, William H. (Rosie), of Northampton; stepdaughter, Michelle M. Moore, of Wisconsin; many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, Michael and James.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life 11 a.m. March 21, at St. John’s U.C.C., 1415 Rising Sun Road, Laurys Station.
