Michael D. Petock, 95, died Feb. 21, 2026. He was the husband of Elaine (Figura) Petock for 70 years.
He was a son of the late Michael K. and Anna (Mehalik) Petock
He attended Bethlehem Business School.
He served his nation in the U.S. Army as a staff sergeant in the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), a special unit now known as the Green Berets. He served during the Korean War.
He dedicated 30 years of hard work to Mack Trucks before retiring. Throughout his life, he worked multiple jobs, including time at Bethlehem Steel and as a tax preparer.
He was a member of Lehigh Valley Flying Club and Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 70. He also belonged to the American Legion.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
He was predeceased by eight siblings, Nicholas, Anna, Mary, Verna, Catherine, John, Raymond and Harold.
There will be a calling time 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10:30 a.m., Feb. 28 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, 18037.
Contributions may be made to the church.
