An animal complaint brought police to the 100 block of South Eighth Street.

Officers responded to a report of a burglar alarm in the 1000 block of Barbara Drive.

Police assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Schreiber Avenue.

JAN. 22

A noise complaint in the unit block of North Front Street was investigated.

Officers were on the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the unit block of North Third Street.

JAN. 23

Police responded to a reported gas leak in the unit block of North Fourth Street.

A motor vehicle accident in the unit block of South Second Street was investigated.

A driver was cited for a stop sign violation at North Fifth and Chestnut streets.

During a traffic stop on the Coplay-Northampton Bridge, citations were issued for the operator for driving without rear lighting and while driving privilege is suspended and for the vehicle owner for allowing an unauthorized person to drive.

Police assisted a citizen in the 100 block of South Front Street.

Officers responded to a parking complaint in the 100 block of Cherry Street.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 6000 block of Coplay Road.
