Monica M. Paukovits, 88, of Northampton, died Feb. 10, 2026, at home. She was the wife of Frank J. Paukovits for 69 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Katherine (Milander) Lizak.

She was a graduate of Northampton High School in 1955.

She was employed by several companies over the years, including Western Electric, Hess Bros. and Tama Manufacturing.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

She also volunteered with Northampton Fire Police where her husband served as an active member. She supported the organization by providing baked goods and helping with its bingo fundraisers.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Sandra Greener and husband Anthony; a son, Daniel and wife Janice; a daughter-in-law, Patti; five grandchildren, Jessica Rubin and husband Evan, Kate Colquitt and husband Jeffrey, Kurt and wife Karen, Kelly Woodbridge and husband Brendan and Emily; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons, Baby Frank and Timothy; and six siblings, John Lizak, Stephen Lizak, Catherine Neupauer, Mary Makovsky, Bernadine Stangl and Anna Bucha.

There will be a calling time 9:45-10:15 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10:30 a.m., Feb. 21 at the church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, 18037.

Contributions may be presented to the church.
