Kenneth C. Newhard, 97, of Allentown, died Feb. 12, 2026, at Phoebe Home, Allentown. He was the husband of Ruth A. (Hoffman) Newhard, to whom he was married 71 years. Born in Egypt, he was the son of the late Albert H. and Pearl S. (Worman) Newhard.

He was employed at Newhard Farms in Coplay for 10 years before retiring in 2004. Before that, he worked at Lehigh AG Equipment, Inc. in Chapmans for 30 years as a John Deere mechanic and worked on his family farm for 15 years.

He was a member of UCC Greenawalds in Allentown where he formerly served on the consistory.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Ronald K. (Carrie), of Arizona, Richard A. (Nancy), of Northampton; grandchildren, Matthew, Melissa, Caitlyn, Harrison.

He was predeceased by an infant son, Roger C.; twin brother, Curtis F., sister, Van Reed Lutz.
