Gerald F. “Butch” Snyder, 87, of Lower Macungie Township, died Feb. 15, 2026. He was the husband of the late Barbara E. Snyder. Lifelong residents of Emmaus, they shared 66 years of marriage where they raised their family.

He was a maintenance mechanic at Apollo Metals.

He and his wife enjoyed going to car shows and attending the local summer concerts.

He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Wassum (Matt Seilar), Donna Urffer (Gery, deceased), Trina Grace (Rob); grandchildren, Brian, Erin, Austin, Benjamin; great-grandchildren, AJ, River, Paisley.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
