Francis G. Sandova, 85, of Whitehall, died Feb. 9, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Lorraine A. (Schubert) Sandova for 62 years.

Born in Hokendauqua, he was a son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Matis) Sandova.

He attended Whitehall High School.

He served in the 8th U.S. Army, 44th Artillery in Korea.

He was a general contractor for his own construction company before retiring after 28 years.

He was a longtime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Catasauqua.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Joseph F. and Michael J.; and many nieces and nephew.

He was predeceased by a son, Matthew G.; three brothers, Joseph, John and Alexander; and a sister, Sylvia.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
