Three juveniles were caught allegedly possessing stolen merchandise valued at $1,904 that was removed from retailer Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:01 p.m. Dec. 21, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Approximately $200 of merchandise was removed from retailer Fine Wine and Good Spirits, 750 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:50 p.m. Dec. 30, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Harassment
A resident of Sandtrap Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported receiving harassing emails between Dec. 8 and 20, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 58-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested for alleged harassment after what police describe as an “altercation” involving two people at a location along Terrwood Drive West, Lower Macungie Township, 5:11 p.m. Dec. 29, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Criminal mischief
Someone damaged underground piping and spray painted a paved road and curb at a construction site in the 2000 block of Butz Road, Lower Macungie Township, between Oct. 31 and Nov. 3, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Damage was estimated at $3,500, according to authorities.
A resident of Greystone Circle, Lower Macungie Township, reported a former boyfriend broke her iPhone smartphone, valued at approximately $1,000, when she asked for his help Dec. 17, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Burglary
Someone removed a window screen to enter a building along Hauser Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 12:47 and 1 a.m. Dec. 29, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Hit and run
A motorist fled after crashing into a stop sign at the intersection of Long Street and Perkiomen Street in Emmaus 2:27 a.m. Dec. 16, 2026, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The suspect’s jacket was found by authorities near the crash scene.
A Macungie motorist drove into a door at New Wave Wash, 3156 state Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, 9:42 a.m. Jan. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The door was damaged and could not be opened, according to authorities. The driver left the business and was later located and cited for the crash.
Terroristic threats
A Whitehall motorist told state police he was threatened with a gun while at a traffic light in the area of Hamilton Boulevard and Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:02 p.m. Dec. 22, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Theft
A small tan dog was removed from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, Oct. 30, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The dog was later returned.
Scam
A resident of Village Round, Lower Macungie Township, told police she was swindled out of approximately $120 in an online payment scam Dec. 30, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
