A 60-year-old male, of Boyertown, was charged Feb. 3 with alleged felony theft and felony receiving stolen property, according to Salisbury police. The property was valued at about $7,825, according to authorities. The male allegedly took possession of and did not return property to someone at South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St.
Identity theft
A resident of the 1700 block of Piccadilly Circle discovered someone opened 15 Verizon Wireless accounts under her name and totaling $964.96, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Feb. 5.
Hit and run
A motorist from Sinking Springs discovered her 2025 BMW vehicle was hit while parked at Lehigh Valley Hospital, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Feb. 4. The driver of the hit-and-run vehicle was located with the help of hospital security, according to authorities.
Criminal mischief
A 30-year-old female, of Salisbury Township, was charged with criminal mischief Feb. 4 after allegedly intentionally throwing a coffee mug during a dispute, according to Salisbury police. The cup struck and damaged a laptop computer, according to authorities.
Threats
A male, of the 1700 block of Broadway, reported receiving threatening text messages Feb. 3, according to Salisbury police.
Use of tobacco on school grounds
A 15-year-old student at Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., was cited for having tobacco on school grounds Feb. 5, according to Salisbury police.
