Pennsylvania State Police-Troop M, Bethlehem, reported it is investigating the death of a 1-year-old girl from Bath who was found dead 10:18 a.m. Dec. 24, 2025, on West Main Street in that borough.

Police said they were dispatched to a residence for a report of the child “not breathing and cold to touch.”

They said, upon arrival of troopers and emergency medical services personnel, the child was past the point of lifesaving measures.

Police said the Troop M Criminal Investigation Unit’s Forensic Services Division, Bethlehem, and the Northampton County Coroner’s Office were summoned to the scene to assist in the investigation.

No other details were available at press time.
