Crash

An Allentown motorist was hurt when her vehicle crashed into two traffic barriers along an on-ramp to Interstate 78 in Salisbury Township Oct. 30, 2025, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The vehicle was traveling eastbound on the ramp from South Cedar Crest Boulevard to merge onto Interstate 78 East when the driver lost control and hit a traffic barrier on the right side of the road. The vehicle then traveled across all lanes of traffic and struck a barrier on the left side of the road where it stopped. The driver was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital for shoulder injuries and medical evaluation. Emmaus Ambulance and Yocum Towing also responded to the crash, according to authorities.
