Assault

A 28-year-old male allegedly assaulted hospital security at Lehigh Valley Hospital, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 22.

Possession

A 61-year-old male, of Bechtelsville, allegedly had suspected methamphetamine at Lehigh Valley Hospital, 1200 South Cedar Crest Blvd., Jan. 25, according to Salisbury police.

Stolen vehicle

A resident of the 1200 block of Fairview Road learned someone removed a Polaris vehicle from his garage, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 25 and the vehicle was soon found abandoned about two blocks from the residence, according to authorities.

Disturbances

Officers responded to the 700 block of Lexington Street for a disturbance Jan. 25, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Officers responded to the 3000 block of Sussex Road for a disturbance Jan. 22, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of Byfield Street for a disturbance Jan. 23, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Officers responded to Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., for a disturbance between two juvenile students Jan. 23, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Unwanted person

Officers responded to retailer T-Mobile, 3300 Lehigh St., South Mall, for an unwanted person Jan. 28, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Mutual assist

Officers were called to the 700 block of Delaware Avenue in Fountain Hill for a mutual aid assist on a call of an unwanted person Jan. 25, according to Salisbury police. Salisbury officers assisted Fountain Hill police as needed.

Officers were called to the 900 block of Cherokee Street in Fountain Hill for a mutual aid assist at a mental health call Jan. 28, according to Salisbury police. Salisbury officers assisted Fountain Hill police as needed.

Violations approved

Between Jan. 22 and Jan. 29 a total of eight school bus video violations were approved bringing the school year’s total to 175 approved violations, according to Salisbury police.

Warrant arrest

A 34-year-old male, of Macungie, was taken into custody Jan. 25 in the 1500 block of East Emmaus Avenue on open warrants for alleged felony fleeing police as well as alleged domestic simple assault, drug possession, harassment, criminal mischief, hit and run to an attended motor vehicle and various other vehicle code violations, according to Salisbury police. After the male was taken into custody he allegedly attempted to damage the inside of a police vehicle, according to authorities. At the police station he allegedly flushed clothing into one of the holding cells’ toilets resulting in an additional criminal mischief charge. The male was also wanted in Harrisburg for a parole/probation violation, according to authorities.
