St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church member
Rosemarie “Rhea” A. Klocek, 92, of Whitehall, died Jan. 27, 2026, in the home of her daughter and son-in-law.
Born in Shenandoah, she was the daughter of the late Antonette M. (Meffesky) Beachum and Joseph Dudis.
She was a graduate of J.W. Cooper High School in Shenandoah.
She worked at the Army Navy Store for many years before retiring.
She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church in Whitehall.
She is survived by a daughter, Helen M. Morekin with husband David C. of Whitehall; four grandchildren, Michael D. Morekin with Susane, Matthew D. Morekin, Michele D. Stephens with Timothy and Melanie D. Hippenstiel with Matthew; and 11 great-grandchildren, Noah, Isaac, Maci, Violet, Myles, Cole, Maverick, Millie, Lucy, Max and Ivy.
She was predeceased by a baby granddaughter.
There will be a calling time 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m., Feb. 5 at the church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall.
