Stitch and Craft will be held 6 p.m. Feb. 10 for all our crafty teens and adults. Bring your latest work, and join us at the tables in the library.

The library will be closed Feb. 16 in honor of Presidents Day.

For adults of all ages, our craft hour is 6 p.m. Feb. 17. We’re making book wreaths together. We will be upcycling old books into decor you can use for now and forever.

STEAM Club for grades 3-5 continues 6 p.m. Feb. 19. This month’s STEAM project jiggles and wobbles to some sweet tunes, then turns into a liquid without the music. You’ll be making oobleck.

There’s still time to register, so make sure you secure your spot now.

Adults are welcome to our blind date with a book swap 1 p.m. Feb. 21. We’ll have a selection of our books wrapped up nicely, with clues on the front about the contents.

We’re also encouraging you to bring three to five books to swap with your fellow readers.

For youth in grades K-2, storycraft is back. Join us 5 p.m. Feb. 26 for Patrick Horne’s “Bear and the Three Goldilocks,” accompanied by a storytelling craft. When you get home, share the story with your family!

Craft kit registration is open for teens. March may still be cold, so we’re thinking spring by making clay bee magnets to display in your lockers.

Kits will be available for pickup March 2.

Our youngest friends and family are welcome to join us for early literacy storytimes all month long.

Lapsit storytime, for ages 0-24 months, is 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays; toddler storytime for ages 18-36 months, is 10 a.m. Wednesdays, with Stay and Play 10:30 a.m.; and preschool storytime for ages 3-5 years, is 11 a.m. Thursdays.
