Whitehall-Coplay School District kindergarten registration for the 2026-27 academic year is now open. A child must be 5 years old before Sept. 1.

Whitehall High School course selection for the next school year is underway and will include a review by the counseling department. It is important for students to carefully consider their options. Students should begin having discussions with their teachers and parents/guardians regarding course recommendations.

Students should utilize the program of studies on the WCSD website to read class descriptions and prerequisites.

Reminder for WHS parents/guardians: Please not double park or block the parking lot area if you are picking up students during the school day, especially at the start of seventh or eighth period.

The Pennsylvania Public School Code Section 1402 Health Services requires students, upon original entry, sixth grade and 11th grade to have a physical examination on file.

Physicals for 11th grade are accepted if completed anytime after July 1 of the student’s 10th-grade year. Additionally, physical exams completed for a driver’s license are also accepted.

Physicals can be emailed to sallam@whitehallcoplay.org, faxed to 610-871-3688 or dropped off in person.

Seniors now have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship through the Gail Weiner-Shearer Scholarship Program. Apply now for one of five $1,000 scholarships.

The application deadline is March 20.

Become a part of Whitehall-Coplay PTO PLUS. The group needs volunteers for events like Children’s Day and the book fair.

All volunteers must have clearances and a TB test at this time. Clearances and the TB test are free for volunteers.
