Barbara J. (Best) Cooper, 77, of Allentown, died Jan. 28, 2026, at Abode Care of Allentown. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Warren Robert and Alice Elizabeth (Diehl) Best.

She was formerly employed as a manager at True Value in Fogelsville for many years.

She is survived by siblings, Suzanne A. Gutleber, of Allentown, David W. Best (Amy), of Coopersburg, Jane A. Foster, of Green Lane, Robert D. Best (Bonnie), of Fogelsville; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Feb. 5, at the Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home, P.C., 274 North Krocks Road, Allentown, with the Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith officiating.
