Favorite subject(s): My favorite subject is Advanced Voice and Movement for Musical Theatre because I get to explore my creativity and master my art.
Activities: Touring Choir: Soprano 2 Section Leader, Treble Choir, Member of NSHSS, Actress, Teaching-Assistant
Next steps: My goal is to attend a four-year college for Musical Theatre and possibly minor in Education.
Career goals: I would like to go on to perform in Broadway musicals, and possibly become a professional choreographer.
Heroes: My Heroes are Kelsie Watts and JJ Nieman, because they both spent many years auditioning for Broadway shows and never gave up.
Hobbies: I enjoy cooking, reading, as well as designing costumes.
Volunteer/community work: I started doing volunteer work when I was ten years old, and have worked with Animals and Kids.
Likes: I like listening to and singing Musical Theatre, dancing, playing with my two cats, and eating sushi.
Dislikes: I don’t like spiders or people who don’t try their best.
Greatest accomplishment (so far): I recently got to perform Requiem at Carnegie Hall in New York City written by Sir John Rutter, who also came and conducted us.
Advice for peers: Don’t let other’s insecurities dampen your uniqueness. Be bold.
