Raymond C. Ballard, 91, of Saucon Valley Manor – Hellertown, formerly of Bethlehem, died Jan. 21, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg. Born in Jersey City NJ, he was a son of the late Charles A. and Anna Mae (Fisher) Ballard. He was the husband of the late Janice Ballard, who died in 1976 after 22 years of marriage.
Later he was the companion of the late Evangeline Noll, with whom he shared 38 years until her passing in 2022. He worked as an HVAC salesman at the former Light Air Products in Lansdale until retiring, and later worked for over 20 years in the produce department at Wegman’s in Bethlehem until 2022. He enjoyed hunting, golf and traveling. He was a Mason at Perry Lodge 458 F&AM; Bethlehem Lodge 283; Tall Cedars of Lebanon and Bethlehem; Scottish Rite Valley of Allentown and Rajah Shrine.
He is survived by his daughters, Charlann Warmkessel (Terry), Monda Bilger (Mark); son-in-law, Peter Grazer; two grandchildren, Janice Burdi (Joseph), Brock Bilger (Kristina); five great-grandchildren, Jace Burdi, Jared Burdi, Brooklyn Boone, Kenzie and Kylie Bilger. He was also predeceased by daughter, Raylene Grazer; brother, Warren Ballard.
