John F. Shivok, 81, of Bethlehem Township, died Jan. 18, 2026 at his residence. He was the husband of Theresa M. (Helpert) Shivok for 57 years. He was born in Fountain Hill April 13, 1944 to the late John F. Sr. and Helen A. (Vojtko) Shivok.

He pursued his education at Drexel University’s Civil Engineering School. He was a dedicated draftsman, working for Bethlehem Fabricators and then spending 25 years working for Mack Truck until his retirement in 2010.

He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Bethlehem Township.

He volunteered at event such as Musikfest, Celtic Classic and Christkindlmarkt for more than 30 years. He was a member of the North End Wanderers AA, Heights AA and St. Bernards Social Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children: John F. Shivok, III and his wife Karen of Easton, Tracey M. Shivok-Jefferson and her husband Michael of Bethlehem, Jason A. Shivok and his wife Abigail of Raubsville; sister: Elaine M. Diamond of Margate, NJ; granddaughter: Kylee Shivok and her fiance, Thomas Brown.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3219 Santee Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020.
