Longtime and re-appointed Authority Executive Director Stephen Repasch delineated board members and officers for the year following the Jan. 8 reorganization meeting.

Sharon J. Zondag was elected chair for the second time, said Repasch, the last being in 2019. She is a retired consultant who previously served as the executive director of the Laros Foundation from 2014 until 2025.

Carlos Almeida was elected vice chair, Ronald Donchez was elected treasurer, Ian van Halem was retained as the secretary, and Dennis Domchek moved from the chair position to assistant secretary/treasurer.

The Authority elected to retain the same consultants and advisors as they had in the prior year, including solicitor James Broughal, Controller John Filipos, Consulting Engineer Ron Madison, Financial Advisor – Public Resources Advisory Group, Bond Counsel Laura Kurtz and Consulting Forester Rankin Smith of Forest Highlands Forest Management.

Sandy Zapf is director of administration and Eric Yeakel is the officer-in-charge of the Authority Watershed Police Force.
