Thomas S. Saeger Jr., 55, of East Allen Township, died Jan. 17, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, after being stricken at home. He was the husband of Heather E. (Harper) Saeger for 34 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Thomas S. Sr. and Sally B. (Cook) Saeger.

He was a 1988 graduate of Northampton Area High School.

He was employed by Universal Forest Products Company, Stockertown, where he served as a shipping supervisor for 28 years.

He was a member of Tri-Boro Sportsmen Club in Northampton. In his earlier years, he generously gave his time as a football coach for the former Bath Lions Football Association.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Brittany L. and spouse Douglas Frable of Palmerton and Erin E. and spouse Jack Long of Bath; a son, Jonathan T. and wife Emma of Rathdrum, Ind.; seven grandchildren, Kaden, Elizabeth, Brantley, Eli, Ryleigh, Emilia and Addison; four sisters, Tricia Wieder of Danielsville, Tammy of Bethlehem, Sarah of Bath and Stephanie of Walnutport; and two brothers, Timothy Saeger and Daniel Harhart of Bath.
