CONTRIBUTED PHOTOSOn Jan. 12, Quota USA of Northampton, a nonprofit women’s service organization that has been helping the community for more than 97 years, held the installation of officers and recognitions at Grace United Church of Christ in Northampton. Longtime members of the club honored include Nikol Tews, 25 years; Karla Stanz, 25 years; and Pricilla Koch, 10 years. In addition, the club announced Kelly Frantz is rejoining, and Cathy Clary and Pat David are new members. Also at the event, the club installed the new board of officers: Marjorie Huber, president; Judy McGillis, vice president; Angela DeAngelo, treasurer; Tews, secretary; and Anita Achey, board member at large. Club members thanked Doris Glaessmann, who is retiring as treasurer. This past holiday season, the club provided Christmas gifts to more than 35 needy children in Northampton. The group’s main fundraiser is a basket raffle at the Northampton Street Fair.
