LeRoy J. “Casey” Kerschner, 83, of Lenhartsville, died peacefully at Willowbrook Rehabilitation in Kutztown Jan. 22, 2026. He was the husband of Dorothy (Gruber) Kerschner for over 57 years. Born on his family farm, he was the son of the late Ellis and Esther (Seip) Kerschner.

He was a lifelong farmer in the Krumsville area. He was a charter member of New Jerusalem Zion UCC Church in Lenhartsville and a member of the Virginville Grange for over 50 years.

He enjoyed managing the Krumsville men’s softball team and driving his John Deere tractors.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Kenneth (Wendy), of Adamstown; grandsons, Casey (Courtney), of Sinking Spring, Conlan and his fiancé, Kyla Robertson, of Hope, Ind.; great-grandchildren, Coe, Cora, Clara; sister, Nancy Donat, of Lenhartsville.
