Joanne L. Pammer, 79, of Whitehall, died Jan. 21, 2026, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of Michael Pammer.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth L. Sr. and Margaret A. (Walp) Kleppinger.

She graduated from William Allen High School, Class of 1964, and Bethlehem Business School.

She worked many years at Service Electric and JCPenney.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Allentown.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Michelle Wahlmark and Melissa Yates and husband Shaun; a granddaughter, Lauren Wahlmark; a sister, Eleanor Jacobs and husband Ron; a niece, Jen Jankowski and husband Thomas; two nephews, David Kenneson and wife Gina and Thomas Kleppinger.

She was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Hermansader; and a brother, Kenneth Kleppinger II.
