Jennifer L. Kohaut

of Bethlehem

Jennifer L. Kohaut, 62, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 19, 2026, after a long illness at Bethlehem South Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Orange, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Christopher and Laura (Cox) Trifiolis.

She attended West Orange High School.

She excelled as a project manager at Dun & Bradstreet for more than 20 years.

If one word could be used to describe Jennifer Kohaut, it would be kind.

She was a woman whose presence made people feel seen, welcomed and valued. She was generous beyond measure, always willing to give the shirt off her back to anyone in need – friend, family member, or stranger alike. Jennifer was funny, spontaneous, driven, and deeply compassionate. She believed in people, often before they believed in themselves and she loved fiercely and without hesitation.

She is survived by sons, Christopher T., Nicholas J., of Laurys Station; brother, Brian Trifiolis and his wife, Linda, of Cape May, N.J.; sister-in-law, LouAnn Trifiolis, of Whippany, N.J.; ex-husband and friend, Thomas C.; “grand” dog, Bindi.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Trifiolis.

A memorial gathering will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home of Allentown.
