Donald A. Parr, 91, of Macungie, died peacefully Jan. 22, 2026. He was the son of the late Herbert and Marion Parr and was the husband of the late Jean Parr.
He was a master electrician by trade, known for his precise skill and dedication. Beyond his profession, he was an accomplished builder and metal sculpture artist whose creativity and talent left a lasting mark on everyone who saw his work.
His passion for church and his love for God guided him throughout his life. He spent many years helping others – going on mission trips, volunteering as a men’s hospice group leader and offering a steady helping hand to anyone in need.
He is survived by his daughters, Kelly Cury, wife of the late Nicholas Cury, Tracy; grandchildren, Bryan DeLong and his fiancé, Jennifer Grochal, Amanda DeLong and her fiancé, Michael DeHaven, Emily Leddy and her husband, Aric Leddy; great-grandchildren, Sierra DeLong and her fiancé, Matthew Mory; Nathan DeLong and his fiancé, Emily Pescari, John Swaboski, LilyGrayce DeLong, Logan Leddy, Miles Leddy; great-great-grandchildren, Nicole, Alayah, Maverick.
Services will be held noon Jan. 29 at Zionsville Bible Fellowship Church, 6401 Vera Cruz Road South, Zionsville. A viewing will be held 11 a.m. to noon before the service. All who knew him are welcome to attend and celebrate his life.
Arrangements were made by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Emmaus.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
