Catasauqua Community Thrift Shop, 113 Bridge St., will have a valentine-themed half-price sale Feb. 2-14. Everything in the shop is included in the sale.

Thrift shop volunteers gladly accept donations of good, used, clean clothing, household items and toys. Proceeds from the thrift shop are returned to the community through contributions that support youth and adult programs and services.

The shop hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., continues its Warm Up Wednesdays 4-6 p.m. There is a different soup every Wednesday.

This is for all Catasauqua residents. The last day is March 25.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church reminds its congregation to save Redner’s receipts. When you make a purchase, give your card to the cashier to scan. The total points will show at the bottom of your receipt.

Place receipts in the basket in the giving area in the back of the sanctuary, so the points can be submitted. Holy Trinity receives 1% of the purchase, and this can add up to a significant contribution toward Bear Creek camperships.
