Gross McGinley law firm promotes four

Gross McGinley, LLP, a leading full-service law firm serving clients across Eastern Pennsylvania, has announced four attorney promotions effective Jan. 1.

Andrew D. Hoffman has been elevated to Partner, and attorneys Michael S. Horvath, II, Eric A. Harakal and Catherine E. Sears have been promoted to Senior Counsel.

Hoffman, a key member of the firm’s Business Services practice, brings extensive experience advising on sophisticated land-use projects and complex zoning approvals, including large-scale, multi-party developments. Respected for his practical judgment and strategic insight, Andrew has been a trusted advisor to businesses and developers on significant developments in the region.

Horvath focuses his practice on business, real estate and sports law, NIL matters, counseling entrepreneurs, property owners and athletes through formation, transactions and negotiations.

Harakal will continue to support clients in complex litigation and dispute resolution, drawing on his practical, problem-solving approach to help individuals and businesses navigate matters within the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation.

Sears, a trusted advisor in the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration Practice Group, is recognized for her meticulous preparation, steady judgment and dedication to client service.
