Fullerton: Whitehall Active Community Center schedules Jan. 25 bingo
Whitehall Active Community Center, 2301 Pine St., will be holding bingo Jan. 25, beginning 1 p.m. Doors open noon.
Bingo will continue with tricky tray, 50/25/25 raffle, piggy number, lightning game, etc. There will be refreshments available for purchase.
Bring a donation of a nonperishable food item, pet food or paper product (facial tissues, paper towels or toilet paper) for Whitehall Food Pantry and receive a strip of specials to be played on the first four specials.
Reserving a seat is not necessary, but if you wish to do so, call or text 610-533-1357.

St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., reminds parishioners wanting a tax statement to call the parish office at 610-266-0695 with their email contact information. Tax statements will be available Jan. 31 and will be distributed to parishioners requesting a statement.

St. John’s United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., will be having a Super Bowl tailgate party and Family Feud night 6-9 p.m. Feb. 6 in Fox Hall, before the Super Bowl Feb. 8. The meal includes chili, cornbread, dessert and beverage. Following the dinner will be teams playing Family Feud.
Bring a can of soup for Souper Bowl of Caring, and don’t forget to sport attire that supports your favorite team.
Sign up by signing the sheet on the bulletin board at the back of the sanctuary or calling the church office at 610-264-8421. Let the church know the number of people coming and if you are willing to donate any of the meal items.

St. John’s UCC has a goal of collecting 250 cans of soup for Whitehall Food Pantry by Super Bowl Sunday. Bring your cans of soup and place them in the box or shelves in the coatroom area by the sanctuary.

St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 835 Third St., will be having a Super Bowl soup contest Feb. 8, following the church service. All soup makers are invited to bring in a pot of soup.
Everyone will have a chance to make a donation to ELCA World Hunger and to vote for their favorite soup.
