Brian W. Bower, 57, of Allentown, died suddenly Jan. 15, 2026, in his home. He was the companion of the late Kimlee A. “Kim” Derr.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Walter and Mary Mae (Schaffer) Bower.

He attended Salisbury High School.

He enjoyed his employment at D&S Beverages in Allentown for the last 10 years. Previously, he and his companion worked together at R&S Hoffman Construction in Allentown.

He was a simple man who appreciated time spent with his family. He also found great joy in fishing and hunting through the years.

He is survived by a stepson, Jason S. Moyer and his wife, Ashleigh Anderson, of Bethlehem; nephew, Nicholas Koon; grandchildren, Atlas Anderson, Ayden Moyer and Heaven Moyer.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Koon.

Services will be private at the family’s request. Arrangements are entrusted to the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home in Allentown.
