Stephen W. Kornhausl, 80, of Northampton, died Jan. 6, 2026, at home.

Born in Coplay, he was the son of the late Joseph and Teresa (Kasper) Kornhausl.

He was a 1963 graduate of the former Coplay High School.

He served in the U.S. Airforce and was a jet mechanic, mainly based in Okinawa 1963-1967.

He was employed at the former Laneco and Agere.

He was a former member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Coplay.

He is survived by a sister, Elaine; a brother, Joseph and wife Gloria; a nephew; two nieces; two great-nephews; and two great-nieces.

Services will be private.
