Elinor M. Gerhart, 94, formerly of Salisbury Township, died peacefully Jan. 8, 2026, in Lehigh Valley Hospice — Inpatient. She was the wife of the late Rodney “Rocky” Gerhart. Born in Old Zionsville, she was the daughter of the late Leon F. and Louisa E. (Clauser) Kehs.

She was a 1949 graduate of Emmaus High School.

She provided childcare in her home for many years.

She was an active member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church.

She is survived by her daughters, Patti A. Labenberg and Gail K. and her husband, David Ream; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Meagan, Dan, Jessica, Katie, Amanda, Zachary; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald Kehs and his wife, Dianne; sisters, Ethel DeLong, Anne Louise LaFaver.

She was predeceased by brothers, Ernest and Kermit Kehs.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Jan. 17 in Western Salisbury cemetery.
