Two Eagle Scouts honored

On Dec. 18, 2025, Scouts with BSA Troop 80, meeting at St. Ann’s Church, Emmaus, hosted an Eagle Court of Honor to recognize two youth who earned their Eagle Scout rank.

Jacob Curran, of Emmaus, who is currently a senior at Emmaus High School, earned his Eagle rank June 19, 2025. Curran served as Senior Patrol Leader while with Troop 80. His Eagle Scout project was the building of portable confession booths for St. Ann’s Church. They will be used during busy seasons to have additional confession booths as needed. Curran joined Troop 80 a few years ago after moving to the area from Wilkes-Barre.

Coleman Endean, of Coopersburg, is currently a senior in the Southern Lehigh School District. Endean earned his Eagle Rank Sept. 18, 2025. He completed a cleanup project at Camp Serranova, Macungie, by removing trees, brush and more from around the lake at the camp. This will allow young anglers to fish much easier from the edge of the lake. Endean joined Troop 80 after his original Troop from Coopersburg had to close.
