Recently, Lehigh Valley Hospital/Jefferson Health hosted a dedication ceremony to honor August David Adler, who died in 2015. Adler died the day after he was born. His family donated an Adalyn Rose Foundation Remembrance Cart to the emergency department at Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, part of Jefferson Health.
