Resident on college wrestling team
Christian Horvath of Bethlehem is a member of the Muhlenberg NCAA Division III men’s wrestling team this winter as a junior, while studying psychology at the college.
Benjamin Krauss also of Bethlehem is captain of the Muhlenberg NCAA Division III men’s wrestling team this winter as a senior, while studying biology at the college.
Fryer, Schleppy, Brimer on fall dean’s lists
Brett Fyrer, Bethlehem local, was among over half of Belmont University’s undergraduate students named to the fall 2025 semester dean’s list. Approximately 55 percent of the university’s 6,934 undergraduate students qualified this semester.
Dean’s list eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade-point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.
Reese Schleppy of Bethlehem was named to PennWest University’s Fall 2025 dean’s list.
Schleppy, a PennWest California student who is pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration – human resources management, was among nearly 3,000 outstanding PennWest students recognized for superior academic performance during the fall semester.
To be eligible for the dean’s list, degree-seeking undergraduate students must earn a minimum semester GPA of 3.4 while taking at least 12 graded credits.
Naomi Brimer of Bethlehem was named to the dean’s honor list at Cedarville University for Fall 2025. This recognition requires the student to obtain a 3.75 GPA or higher for the semester and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours.
