Hannah Lipkin, 24, of Bethlehem, has been charged with aggravated assault by vehicle and aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, both felonies, in crash in Lehigh Township that injured another driver.

She also faces the following misdemeanor charges: two counts of DUI controlled substance, impaired ability (second offense); DUI controlled substance combination alcohol/drug (second offense); DUI controlled substance Schedule 1 (second offense); DUI controlled substance Schedule 2 or 3 (second offense); and DUI controlled substance Metabolite (second offense).

Summary charges that Lipkin faces are: following too closely; reckless driving; careless driving; illegal passing; and driving at an unsafe speed.

Police said that Lipkin was driving a 2021 Hyundai southbound in the northbound lane and struck several other vehicles, seriously injuring a woman.
