William “Bubty” T. Keenan III, 77, of Whitehall, died Dec. 18, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Boyle) Keenan for 50 years.

Formally of Catasauqua, he was the son of the late William T. Jr. and Frances (Laury) Keenan.

He was a 1968 graduate of Catasauqua High School.

He later served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era.

He was a forklift operator for Kraft in Fogelsville, retiring after 35 years of employment.

He was a longtime member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Howertown.

He was a member of the former Catasauqua Lions Club.

He was a woodworker, painted pictures of animals and nature scenes and made signs and plaques with funny sayings on them, which were sold at craft fairs.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Tara and husband Harry Kolumber Jr., Kelly and companion Danny Silvano and Megan; a brother, Richard and wife Maria; two sisters, Frances and Kathy Fairchild and husband Ken; four grandchildren, Devan Mory and husband Christian, Alexander Yoder Jr., Olivia Yoder and Makayla Kolumber; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Robert.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
