Lehigh Township municipal groups have meetings scheduled for January. Meetings are held in the municipal building, 1069 Municipal Road.

The annual organization meeting for the township is scheduled for 7 p.m. Jan. 5, at which time the board of supervisors appoints people to serve on the zoning hearing board, planning commission, municipal authority and recreation board.

Any residents interested in serving on one of these groups, submit a letter of interest to the board of supervisors and township manager at the municipal building by Jan. 2. Letters can also be submitted electronically at arehrig@lehightownship.com.

The planning commission meets 6 p.m. Jan. 12, the board of supervisors will be meeting 7 p.m. Jan. 13 and 27, and the recreation board meets 7:30 p.m. Jan. 19.
