David C. Hausman, 78, of Coplay, died Dec. 8, 2025, at a hospice facility.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Benjamin H. and Emma (nee Fink) Hausman. He was the husband of Diane C. (Fakla) Hausman for 55 years.

He was a graduate of William Allen High School, Class of 1964.

He was a member of both Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church, Northampton, and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kreidersville. He was active in both churches, serving on various committees and serving his term as president of council.

He was a member of Construction Specifications Institute, Allentown chapter, serving in different positions, including president.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a twin sister, Tina and husband Barry Miller of Northampton; a sister, Susan and husband Richard Werner of Northampton; a nephew, Rodney Miller and wife Catherine; a niece, Nicole and husband Jason Bogden; three great-nephews, Benjamin Bogden, Nicholas Miller and Lucas Miller; a great-niece, Bryanna Bogden; and all of his church friends at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
