In a tradition that evolved in 2024, Santa visited neighborhoods in the Salisbury and Allentown neighborhoods of Alton Park in a 2014 Ford Mustang convertible. The new tradition evolved for safety reasons after Santa and Mrs. Claus for many years rode on the back of Western Salisbury Volunteer Fire Company’s antique 1966 American LaFrance fire engine. The Santa run is a decades-long tradition sponsored by the Alton Park (now Mountainville) Lions Club.
