State Police arrested a 23-year-old Bethlehem man around 3:22 a.m. Sept. 21.

An officer on patrol observed a red BMW moving erratically in the 1700 block of Airport Road and conducted a traffic stop. The officer determined the driver was allegedly intoxicated on alcohol or a controlled substance and arrested him for DUI.
