A 13-year-old person, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 31 for alleged simple assault, according to Emmaus police.

Soliciting license required

A 29-year-old person, of Allentown, was arrested Nov. 21 for alleged violation of soliciting license required, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

A 41-year-old person, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 2 for allegedly driving under the influence, institutional vandalism less than $5,000 of a school or government building, general lighting requirements – rear lighting and obstructing administration of law or other governmental function, according to Emmaus police.

A 34-year-old person, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 31 for allegedly driving under the influence, violation of operating a vehicle with a certificate of inspection and registration and certificate of title required, according to Emmaus police.
