Henry R. Laubach Jr., 79, of Emmaus, died peacefully Nov. 30, 2025, in Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Sharon H. (Stephen) Laubach. Born in Easton, he was the son the late Marjorie (Hallman) and Henry R. Laubach Sr.
He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
He was a graduate of Lehigh County Community College. He worked for Sears, Bethlehem Instruments, Mack Trucks, MetLife, Superior Combustion, NJ Zinc Company, Tyler Pipe and retired from Fretz RV.
He was a member of St. John’s U.C.C. and the former Emmaus Jaycees.
He was an avid hunter, enjoyed camping and boating, went on 52 cruises and bowled in the Mack Truck Bowling League. He adored his dog, Misty.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Chad S.H.; brother, Dwaine and his wife, Gerrie; sisters, Judy and Mary Serbia; nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Barry.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus is handling the arrangements.
