Good Shepherd Lutheran Church’s 31st annual baked goods sale and Christmas bazaar is set for 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 13. Choose your own assortment of cookies from the wide variety packed in quarter-pound packages. The church will also have kiffles and nut tossies.

The Christmas bazaar features new and gently used items, all Christmas related. Shop for ornaments, lights, garland, wrapping, cards, decorative items, candles, linens, kitchen, books, media and more.

The church is located at 1335 Old Carriage Road.

Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, is hosting its annual candlelight concert Dec. 14. Music will be provided by the popular Lehigh Valley group Piper’s Request and will feature a lively mix of Celtic and seasonal favorites.

Doors open 6:30 p.m., and the music will start 7 p.m.

There is a cost.

East Allen Township’s Christmas in the Park is set for 5-8 p.m. Dec. 20 at Bicentennial Park West, 5351 Park West Lane. Celebrate the season with a tree lighting, Santa visit, live music and more.

The Allen Township trash and recycling collection scheduled for Dec. 25 will be postponed until Dec. 26 due to the Christmas holiday.
