Jefferson Health, LVHN honor veterans for their years of service

The Lehigh Valley Health Network sponsored a Veterans Day program in the Kasych Family Pavilion Educational Conference Rooms 6, 7 and 8, 1200 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Salisbury Township, Nov. 10.

The program was designed to recognize Lehigh Valley veterans from each branch of the United States military.

Retired Lt. Col. United States Air Force Alexander Alex, senior director, Veteran Health Programs, was the master of ceremonies.

Flag posting was by the Dieruff High School Junior Air Force ROTC.

Members included Matthew Daboura, Andrew Garcia, Angel Garcia and Catherine Marroquin.

The keynote speaker was Baligh Yehia, president, Jefferson Health.

Jefferson Health and the Lehigh Valley Health Network merged in 2024.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, all veterans were presented with a small token of appreciation by the health care network.
