CONTRIBUTED PHOTOSBoy Scout and Cub Scout Troops 32 pick up and deliver 1,081 pounds of food items for the Whitehall Food Pantry Nov. 8. The pantry is located in St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 3900 Mechanicsville Road. The Scouts are from Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall, and the Scoutmaster is Peter Paone. The Scouts picked up and delivered the food, checked dates, sorted into food categories and put the food away on the shelves. The pantry is open the first four Mondays of the month and served approximately 165-170 families per month during the third quarter of this year.
