Ruth A. Sensinger, 87, of Orefield, died Nov. 24, 2025 at Cedar Crest Post Acute Care. She was the wife of the late Theodore W. Sensinger. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Merkle) Hanby.

She enjoyed doing crafts and ceramics. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, Allentown.

She is survived by a daughter, Sherri Cannizzaro and her husband, Victor, of Orefield; brother, Robert Hanby and his wife, Gloria, of Allentown; sister, Margaret Long, of Schnecksville; grandson, Josh; great-grandson, Talon.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Kathy Apgar; grandson, Sean Apgar.
